The 2-SIGMA Problem

 The name "2-Sigma" draws inspiration from American educational psychologist Benjamin Bloom's groundbreaking research, which demonstrated that one-on-one tutoring can boost student performance by two standard deviations, or 2-sigma.  This shift would transform an average student to exceptional, and a below-average student to above-average.
